Bug Report:
It appears that this mod is using (or is configured similarly to) the Vampire Counts’ Raise Dead mechanic. After a battle, a battle site marker appears similar to the Vampire Counts’ bone piles indicating that animals can be raised. However, the recruitment menu is empty when accessed.

Additionally, when ending a turn with a lord positioned in that region, the game experiences a desync in multiplayer at the start of each turn. The desync reoccurs until the affected lord leaves the region.

The PLACEHOLDER bug is really common in lots of other unit mods, sometimes the game just does not want to load the information on mod units and this happens or maybe when there are just too many new unit mods loaded up at same time this is the end result

saddly still shows as placeholder , but idk. ive only got a wood elf reskin mod so i dont know what kind of interaction this could even have or what other mod could cause this cause thats probably about my least modded faction in the whole game save for the lizardmens

I see the unit names in custom battle set up and in custom battle, not sure why you wouldn't.
I've hit update. Maybe that will change things, let me know if you still can't see the names

I agree with the previous poster that replacing a vanilla building isn't a good choice. A new building would've been much better. It also leads to problems like @Thundrakar mentioned.

i think it would be better if hawks benefits from eagles Tech & Skills because the way it is currently, hawks can use Volley of Kurnous when playing Heralds of Ariel.

Seems like a good mod, the level of work is great, but why would you replace an existing building? Seems nonsensical. Prevents me from using it as other mods use the default building. Just make a bespoke building, and it removes the need for submods.

I have units from another mod The Twelve Realms that requires the Warhawk Crags to recruit. So they aren't compatible with this mod.

Playing a co-op campaign as Durthu and Drycha and we added the mod to spice things up and not just have armies of Dryads/Treekins/Treemen (no filthy elves allowed obviously). It's been great, thanks for the mod.

I just want to report a minor bug - name for unit of 4 eagles spells PLACEHOLDER (at least in battle). Either then that great mod!

Yes the animal building is a reskin of the flying building, with hawk riders moved to the cav building.
I wanted to avoid crowding the buildings but is this causing issues for you?

Playing as sisters of twilight, dont seem to have the bird building chain with this installed, just the one to build the animal chain - does it overwrite?

I turn the banners off because I feel the icons are a cleaner look. I understand beggars cant be choosers when it comes to mods though, so if you don't want to do it it is perfectly understandable. Thanks.

@Dragon @Nixxo @all If you do want more Wood Elves, then there are 2 more unit mods I warmly recommend checking out: Cipher's WEF unit pack and Loupi's *large* "The Twelve Realms" <3 - maybe you missed Loupi's mod. It finally arrived in WH3, was somewhat of a WH2 classic <3

I am not sure if the icon is pulled from the unit card or vise versa. I left my settings up in the screenshot as well. I turn off banners and lock the "type icons". You can bring this menu up by holding down the space bar in battle. It has been a long time since I set it up but I am pretty sure those icons appear by default along with the banners.

You're playing in some way where you must rely on that symbol to differentiate units, but I only know it to be on the unit card, where else is it visible?

Hello. Is there any way you can make the unit icons match the icon on the banners? Currently they all use the same animal paw icon which makes them difficult to tell apart if you play without banners.
