Yeah we know we just called it inquisitor because of 40k space marines the game where the inquisitor is really fancy

Sorry to sound like a lore snob, but do you mean "Commissar Uniform"? Inquisitors don't really have a uniform, they just wear whatever and slap a Inquisitorial Rosette somewhere on it. Commissars are the guys you normally see with the funny hat and fancy jackets.

Thank you very much ! Please notice that in barotrauma in game shops if you are mid campaign will need some time to reset before showing you the outfit but it is craftable with a normal Admiral uniform and 6 ballistic fiber at any craftable station

What do you mean by added mid campaign ? If you installed it while mid campaign it should be craftable with the normal amiral uniform + ballistic fiber and for the shops the game needs to restock all shop which can take some few in game days for that
