Doesn't work in 1.5. If a pawn consumes one, nothing happens.

Man... this really needs to be updated. It's so useful in medieval mode. Without this, biotech lost one of the best features. What a waste :(

it makes sense if not more sense then base game as it is just a glass container with funky fluid inside that erosion and hungry microbes can reduce over time.

It would be great if this mod also made it so genepacks didn't deteriorate, or made a "potion shelf" building to act like a medieval genebank.

Hey there! I absolutely *love* the idea of this mod, and it makes for a really good addition to a fantasy setting.

I was wondering if you would be open to a paid commission to expand this mod and make it more of a full system for medieval/fantasy settings. I've been looking for a mod that taps into some of the gene/transformation stuff but with more of a magical bend and this really feels like it's a good foundation for something like that.

Are there any plans for bionics? Changing archotech leg to something like "arcane leg" or "ancient Dwemer leg". Anything really.

@SirLalaPyon, the Alpha Genes patch I made does make use of (and credit) your mod preview art and genepack retextures (recolored); please let me know if you'd rather I didn't. Likewise, if you ever want to incorporate any part of this patch into Medieval Genepacks outright, please feel free!

I've created a patch that adds Alpha Genes support for Medieval Genepacks, which includes modified textures for Alphapacks and Mixedpacks as well as makes them consumable.

@Morcalvin in the base game you get by trading. in the mod "Alpha Genes" there is abandoned biotech lab that you can go to find some.

The mod seems to be working to rename the packs to potions and I'm able to consume them, but the texture isn't changing. It also still has 'deteriorating: not in gene bank', but not sure if that is changed by this mod or not.

Hi @SirLalaPyon, this is an addition to my question. I read the description carefully, and I now understand that all the genepacks were converted to potions. Can you please make an option to keep original Biotech genepacks in the game and just add these potions on top, as quest rewards, loot or trader items?

Hi @SirLalaPyon, this is an amazing mod, thank you for developing it! I have a question to you. I tried to use gene extractor on one of my pawns, and it created a medieval potion instead of normal biotech genepach. Is it an intended behavior? And can you please make it toggleable (so that you can set it up in options)?
