Not adding Toolpack, its kinda too much for ONE thing most players need.

Could I possibly suggest using Toolpack, instead of State Transfer Tool? I personally think It's better. But, just a suggestion, still a good collection.

Hi, please tell me the order in which mods are loaded on the OWB Enclave.(
