Changed from Million Dollars to Billion dollars, under the economy section info you will have a decision called change to billions, use it to fix your savegame!

The flag could be universal, since it'd be an anarcho-capitalist society, and so all places could use the normal AnCap flag. You'd also have to make sure to add more economic options that reflect full-privatization. For example: Under Welfare, it would just be "Voluntary Assistance", rather than just "No Welfare".
