I'm going to see if I can make another update to this that slows movement speed over uneven surfaces
I guess lowering manipulation when in a wheelchair makes a bit of sense if you're in a rimworld that's really not set up for wheelchairs? Probably hard to perform surgery on a table that's too tall, for example?

are wheelchairs sold in faction bases?

I actually discovered and installed this mod right before a random pawn with Abasia (young and with surprisingly good stats) air dropped to join my colony . Considering I just had 2 raids and 2 manslaughter packs happen almost back to back, being able to have a useful and mobile pawn instead of more dead weight for my already heavily injured colonists was AMAZING. Dude started working soon as he hit that chair.
its so SO nice to have something simple like when you a pawn is unable to move well or at all but is otherwise fine.

Any chance you could have something for tribal and medieval? Crutches with just a 50% movement speed would be lovely.

You mean like, making children wear for example adult parkas instead of the kid versions? It probably wouldn't be too hard... I'll look into it! (Don't hold your breath though I've got a lot going on in life atm lol)
