I guess lowering manipulation when in a wheelchair makes a bit of sense if you're in a rimworld that's really not set up for wheelchairs? Probably hard to perform surgery on a table that's too tall, for example?

You mean like, making children wear for example adult parkas instead of the kid versions? It probably wouldn't be too hard... I'll look into it! (Don't hold your breath though I've got a lot going on in life atm lol)
