I disabled Plague as an incident.
One of my colonists still got plague. The colonist in question was a Waster (I believe this is vanilla Biotech). I'm sure she'll be fine but still weird that she was allowed to get it in the first place.

The latter disables the option to edit the scenario.

So I understand why no retroactive pawn changes, etc. But does this actually allow editing the saved scenario so I don't have to either leave the game in progress or take notes separately?
