Update for this mod will be coming in awhile, advancing the defender health system further and adjusting many aspects of the mod

Don't know who all is interested but I'm making a mod that will contain the items from this mod minus the Defender here soon. Then perhaps I will try to rework the health system again and re-add repair kits for balance.

I do plan on maybe coming back to this for a rework but that requires a desire to do so, and if im playing alone it just isnt fun. If people point out issues, ill gladly try to fix them tho

well guess its one person only, that sounds like an item/lua conflict which I really dont want to try to fix(outside of that bug and a couple others the mod is pretty stable)

Ok cause me and some others had an issue with 2 people (me included) picking the Defender, this caused some sillyness in which the other person ended up getting kicked out of the server and since their character already spawned they were unable to get back in

Its intended for one person at a time, though it should work with multiple. Just know any bugs that happen with multiple defenders I might not be able to fix. (feel free to point out any suspected issues)

I am making some adjustments, no idea when I will release the update but it should fix the lethal overheated power cell problem at the minimum

Ah right, If I remember correctly I changed it to do that until I could find a fix because there were severe lag and rubber band issues with the repair options. I think I might scrap this idea and just make other stuff but we will see. All I know is its a pain in the ass :C

Hey once your internet issue is back online I've noticed that the overheated powercell downright KILLS the defender, not sure why it's doing that but it's probably going to be a PROBLEM

This mod is discontinued for now, as I do not have functional internet to work on it. I think I did decent, I hope to improve in the future and make better things for people to enjoy.

Also the defender pod is craftable much easier without the repair kits, it should be capable of healing you

You don't passively heal, removing the repair kit has made healing completely impossible.

Recommended to use the "Deactivator Defender Soundboard" for now until I can fix the rubberbanding afflictions and health issues.

May be attempting to balance the health more in the future, right now its really strong against low dps and damage weapons like shotguns, I am trying to fix that but barotrauma is difficult like that

go ahead and give it a try, I just tested the change I made to see if it worked, didnt actually test it with the mod, but if its a conflict cuz of the start item, it should be fixed
