事实上并没有全部消除境内的核心，还留了几个，并且依旧无法放傀儡国。不行的话还是把那个允许放傀儡国的国策给加上吧。

一般来说国策修改类的mod都是不兼容的

快把国策优化下，国策爆出来的西班牙马桶工党到后期会点一个伦敦团结局的国策，直接自建阵营去了，不同阵营国家不允许使用机场导致我丢了制空推不动，烦死了，还不如派志愿军傀儡第二共和国又能省国策时间
