In the current version of the script you controll the drilling space via the amount of pistons you add. I didn't include a feature to limit the pistons to a specific value but that sounds like a very good idea. If i will have time to look into it maybe i can try and add such a feature.

Regarding modded pistons there sadly isn't much i can to since i can't know how the modder implemented his version of the piston.
So as long as there isn't a simple solution i'd like to stay with vanilla pistons only

Very useful script. But there is a question. Is it possible to somehow limit the maximum stroke of the piston, if, for example, I need the Z piston to reach a maximum output of not 70 but, for example, 56, and the crypt continues to work?

It took quite some time but im happy to announce i just released my first version of my "Grid Status" script. As of now it is able to visualize data about energy, hydrogen and oxygen systems in a detailed and partly interactive way.
