- The first would be gas hydroponics. This would allow survival in even the most harsh conditions without power once you have heat and light.
- The second would be a gas turret. There is already a propane turret, so something similar to this but hooked into the pipe network and not requiring "refueling".
- The third would be gas autodoors. There is no equivalent in the game and perhaps this one is a stretch.
These are all researchable before microelectronics. It would be great if these were added in, even if they were considered an "advanced gas usage" option in the research. I considered making a mod for myself with these 3 items, but why create a new wheel if these could simply be added to the def files already here!
Loaded up a colony as normal, Almost all bits found in the "pipe networks" tab had vanished, For some reason they are all now in different menus E.G. The "gas sun lamp" is now found in the "furniture" tab.
check discussions if u want to build gas pipes through shallow waters! =)
Is it from VFE power? It's not listed as a requirement.

The gas itself can't be used as vehicle fuel, so you'll have to actually make chemfuel. There is a gas-powered refinery but its bills are the same - it just uses Helixien Gas instead of power.
- We do not check comment sections for bug reports. There is simply too many mods and too many comments section to keep track of it.
- We are not looking into fixing bugs reported in the comment section. We have no way to do so. There is no logs, and no information viable for bug fixing.
- We only look into fixing and fix bugs reported using our Google Forms for bug reporting, and only if all the required logs are attached.

- Please do not report bugs in the comments anymore. Leave the comments for questions and feedback. Report bugs properly or not at all.
Being connected to Helixien Gas means that the stove works like a Wood fueled stove, meaning that its not automatized, and you are probably getting a debuff instead
In short: The speed bonus only works on electric stuff, in anything else it's a debuff
(And yes, I filed a bug report.)

On the other hand, Chemfuel Expanded is so completely busted that I'm considering replacing it with this in future playthroughs.
