Bec Dota is not balanced around 5 man
So the biggest key appears to be either greater "Health Regeneration" or Percentage Damage Reduction as seen in the 10 vs 10 AI Wars Custom Game.
The Pay to Win 12 vs. 12 did allow you to pick greater Health Regen and to me this made a huge difference. I never paid or supported that game but even the entry level health regen made a big difference.

I love how they said "(yeah thats right theres more than 1)" when it's literally just 2 lines to fix it..
