@yarikarr: all of the accepted sets belong to Valve, so if you want to buy the sets, you have to buy from the store, or buy them from other players via the market. The Bewitching Flame was renamed Bewitching Flare and is part of the Fall Major Compendium's Tribute of the Piercing Beak, so you can still get the set now. As for Flowersong Tempest, the set only available during TI5 so the only way to get it right now is to buy it (via gifting) from someone who has the set. Sorry but I can't really help much about this one.

@yarikarr: thank you! I don't think this set will ever be accepted. I made this set when I was very inexperienced so there were many mistakes on this set. I will be remaking this set soon in the future, hopefully the new set will be better! Thank you for your support!

@Panthera Leo: thank you :D although it says that this set was accepted, it is not actually in-game, and I hope it won't get accepted as it is right now. I was very inexperienced when I made this set, now that I am a little bit more experienced, I can see many errors that I made in this set.

I'm doing another WR set, everything is done, only the LS left. I will be submitting that set to the workshop soon. As for this set, I will be remaking it in the future.

Thank you for the support and suggestion, although I can't think of a good ice-themed set for WR, your suggestion gave me some ideas to make a winter-themed WR. I will be working on that set some time in the future. Thanks again :D
