@Heavy Gaming, yes. This effect is exclusive to Winter 2022 cosmetic case.

Anyways, thanks to everyone who's voted. Please check out the collection for all the other possible effects that can get in game (since this one got in). We got alot more in store for next year, so don't think we're done just yet :)
