Can i use i mod in my own big addon for the MD?
all credits will be placed of course
(not planing to release in near future but anyway can`t do this without permission from mods authors that i used in my work)

Water doesn't work, and all other values start at 0 for some reason, (like forest cover or gas production/reserves) and I think the tax cost is a little unbalanced, passing any regulation decimates my civs
