@STUDD MUFFIN I use PBO manager to unpack the PBO, all that is there is a bin file. Is this correct or am I not unpacking everything?

the only thing you need to do is change the world name. unpack - rewrite - pack and try.

problem with this mod it allows render to be abused unless u know how to fix this? players can see thru bbp at 7- 800+

ahh yes i normaly set servers to view and objects 2200, it may deppend on other servers you play on as they will overide your distance in your profile :)

I testetd it on DeerIsle, not shure if it worked but it looks like it works. it ofc dont remove the entire fog on maps
