I agree, it doesn't look good and it doesn't blend well. I wish there was a simple toggle to remove all the corruption VFX, or that they reworked it so it was way more subtle, which would also look more unsettling!

I'll try to take a look at it soon and see if I can reproduce and fix it.

Please post a screenshot if you can.
I haven’t played since 6.1 so I’ll check tomorrow with 6.3.
If you find time, could you do a mod, where the player spreads trees like a woodelf? I love to paint my map in trees, but also want to do it as beastmen for example, so I could roleplay their rampage a bit easier. An idea where to start so I could mod it myself would be lovely as well.
@Tridon This mod removes all corruption textures. You may have a conflicting mod, or maybe their home region just looks like that.
I want to do a mod like that and I promise I'll look into it if I find myself with some spare time. If it's possible it shouldn't be too difficult to figure it out, really.
But I read in the previous comments you said you were thinking about removing the corruption 'props'. If you're still interested at all, I'd genuinely be so thankful for it! I can't stand the Mortathi corruption graphics!
