It's on par with the high tier Separatist outfit in terms of resistances, which is probably the strongest inner wear clothing in the base game. I really don't want to make it far stronger than any base game item, especially considering you're getting already 2 free small item slots and +5 weapons skill which the high tier Separatist outfit doesn't get. I think it's fine as is, increasing the resistances will just make it really unbalanced.

The resistances of the coat is already on par with some of the better inner wear clothes in the game while having item slots and the helmet resistances are just straight up better than most of the hats in the game while having the diving mask functionality on it.

I don't think the resistances need to be increased. Any resistances specifically you think should be increased?

I'll look into it, do you mean that you can't give orders to bots/players through the radio or that you can't use voicechat through the radio?
