Yeah that's a fair assessment. I have very different levels of detail in different maps - this one is good if you want to do the decorating yourself, like LemonsterOG mentions below. Some are chock-full of decoration. I like to avoid being a one-trick pony :D

Could do with more trees. It has a sort of missing assets vibe

@MrMiyagi -- THIS is the kind of map I get excited about. I'm a detailer and enjoy a relatively clean workspace to allow my creative juices to flow. (I think there's a pill to help that from happening. :ap_reallyhappy: )

I enjoy a combination of mountains, flatlands and beaches.

Don't get me wrong...I love looking at a fully detailed map. My issue with that is, it typically requires way too many workshop items and there's too much I want/need to change to make the map work for me.

I like to start a new map that's all natural, except for the needed outside connections.

I especially dislike predefined resource areas surrounded by tree lines.

Thank you, once again, for an excellent creation! I gave you a "Warm Blanket" award.

I am glad you didn't neglect to put a lot of fertile land, a hallmark of Brazil

Update: Extended rail segment length on entrance to help rail traffic for larger cities. Thanks drakkart for this info!
MrMiyagi  [author] Aug 23, 2022 @ 2:03pm
I checked, that's the standard segment length on both. Should spawn fine. Can you send me a message on Discord if I'm missing something`?

Oh! I will have to check that out! :winter2019surprisedsnowman: Thanks for the tip

a so this was commisioned nice. what i meant was the distance from the border of the map to the first node on both tracks i'd say are too short for a train to be able to properly despawn.

Hi drakkart, yes, this is a commissioned real location, so it has some extra bits that I don't usually put into a map. If you're talking about the rail you see in the image, it has been changed for the published map so that they reach inside the playable area. The person who requested it will be using 81 tiles and constructing the actual airport and mass of rail in the far NE corner of the map. So, railroads for this published version are not completely true to real life for game play reasons :)

It is a reallife location right? very neatly transformed into a CSL map. I am a bit worried about those train outside connections thinking the spawn distance might be to small But really like the openness / opportunities the map provides.
