How do I get it to save as that province? After I press enter or click the checkmark it doesn't save, also numbers duplicate when typing them

some things to note for new installers: Use the numbers on your main keyboard, not the numpad. Next, use the PROVINCE ID not the State ID.

I have found out how to type German Umlauts (Ü, Ä, Ö)
You need to press Alt and then U for Ü, O for Ö, etc. you can also make S > ß.

Really hope this helps someone :)
