You have a lot of good ideas here, but I feel like the execution is a bit awkward. Roller obstacles float awkwardly above the track, one barrier is standing up on an angle, some of the tracks don't align very well, and a couple of the checkpoints are in open air, one not even near the track, as well as the fact that one checkpoint isn't lined up properly with the track and drops you onto the track when you respawn from it. Your levels could benefit greatly if you put in some extra playtesting time.
