Well because this way whenever the Bulgarian AI gives you 34 divisions you have an Icon for it lol

just one small question Now that i got the notif for this, Why does this apply for all countries? and not just the insignias for their specific country?

and the colored variants of the army flag were there

It's just that i'm very busy and updating this mod always takes a lot of time because i can't just add single flags in easily, i need to modify a massive PNG file and if i mess up even one pixel it gets bugged, not worth it when the flags i would have to add like... what... Baluchistan ?

Just because its "useless" doesn't mean it shouldn't be added. Having it is what makes mods great. That's why I like this mod and use it all the time. You're the creator of the mod though, so its up to you. No pressure

No offense for whoever likes to play as some obscure minor path that gives you a whole new flag for whatever reason but doesn't feel like it needs much.

Did you maybe try using this with other mods ?
Anything that changes the icons will bug this, for example i think Kaiserreich adds Icons, therefore it's not compatible

Maybe in the future if i have lots of spare time i could update it with all the ideas you have submitted, but that's certainly not happening any time soon lol.

I didn't think of that but the problem is it's not easy to add icons since there's so many, the way it works is i would have to modify the whole thing, thanks paradox.

Yes it would be great to have a set of universal icons, such as infantry, tanks, mountain infantry, etc. so it could work for every country.

I'm sorry i don't, if i started adding single Division Icons this mod would become unplayable with all the icons i'd have to add, there are however more than one variant for the no no germans.

It means you must be trying to play with another mod that changes icons... you cannot do that !
And i can't do anything about it unfortunately... it's just how the game works.
