ASR is only for Ark Survival Ascended (ASA). ASA mods are not accessible through Steam. You can only access them from inside the game or at curseforge.com .

@Jeffrey C Drywater, The creator was talking about making a remastered versions for ASA, so it might be possible, I got the information from a post the posted in his atlas version of the mod.

I assume you have moved on and abandoned these Arkitect projects, but in the event that you decide to return, it would be nice if you could correct the "AllowStructureNudging=2" ini setting as it does not function - or, at least, it functions as if set to =1. If nothing else, my donations to your would might prompt you to make this fix.

Is it actually possible to integrate the core mod into the other mods so that you don't need two mods in that sense? Just an idea :) Your mods are great, I love them. Keep up the good work :)

I just want to post real quick that although I am about to release a new structure mod for ASA, I want to continue working on these old structure mods as well. I know plenty of people will still be hanging around in ASE waiting on the rest of the maps to release for ASA (or just because they like the outdated buggy mess of OG Ark). So updates will come, with bug fixes, some new parts, etc. But the updates will come slowly. Real life makes it a challenge to juggle 3 structure mods, let me tell you.

By the way for those of you playing ASA, the my new structure mod is called - you guessed it - Arkitect Structures Remastered (ASR for short).

hi, let me start by saying this mod is an utter godsave, this has utterly replaced S+ for me and has reignited my creativity in basebuilding, utterly awesome mod, would recommend.

with that said, i would like to ask if theres any plans to implement elevators to match your building pieces?

Would it be possible to just make the option wheel be contextual like all the other cases uses you listed? Like what if you created a special Arkitect tool (similar to the S+ Multitool) and the options wheel it only appear when holding R while holding that instead of all the time? That's the real issue.

A. Holding R to open that option wheel is a game feature, not a mod feature. I simply add an entry for AS to that wheel. The R menu wheel is used for other things in the official game, like transporting to other areas of Fjordur and toggling Tek helmet features when wearing the tek helm.

B. Making user-adjustable hotkeys is incredibly annoying and difficult to set up in this version of Unreal, and me changing it from R manually to something else would not completely resolve your hotkey issue (since the game itself uses that R key for the previously mentioned features).

C. Finding a hotkey to use that isn't in use by the game or another mod is nearly impossible. Any key I pick, something somewhere will be using it too.

Is there any way to change the R button (that opens the Arkitect structures options wheel) to a different button? Another mod "fast ammo changer" uses holding R to change ammo types on weapons, and this mod overlaps that.

Any chance of horizontal quarter walls? Had an idea for a build thanks to your quarter pieces but hit a stumbling block of the wall height.... I was thinking I can create a nice atlas stone mansion and have a full tek room enclosed in it using the quarter ceilings to create an air gap between the two styles, but I'd likely need to have it at least a quarter from the top and bottom too due to those stupid things that stick out of the top and bottom of tek walls...

That being said a work around would be to have it take up a space between two floors instead of being on the same level as a single floor... Might try that for now, loving the mod and thanks for all the new inspiration ^^

hello nice mod but the roof glasses are solid they're not colorful as the glass walls, would you make them with have variants as the glass windows?

I was sceptical about all the quarter pieces... Then when we actually ran into some build problems they solved almost all of them... It's become a running joke that almost every issue can be solved by them lol.

You'd need to join my discord and post some screenshots/videos for me to have a chance of answering that. No one has complained about roof snaps before, I've never had an issue with them, so I don't know without seeing what you're trying to do.

Any clue as to why some of the roof parts simply don't snap properly? Tried getting the peaks to snap correctly but they'd almost constantly fail to. Leaving an unfinished roof and a defeated me.

They weren't specified to have any snapping oddities in the description.

They aren't half-wide, they're quarter-wide, and they probably aren't going to snap to staircases in the way you seem to be describing

Hey I think I'm having a conflict Modern conflict with Fast Ammo Changer because it uses hold down R to open the menu
and so does your mod is there any way to change the key for your mod in a config or something because it's a hard choice to choose between the two any help would be appreciated

Oh I see now. I have come across some mods that did the E to pickup and to be honest, it did get on my nerves lol. Well that's good to know, thanks =)

The menu tab in the radial wheel doesn't open anything. It's a space filler, and by being the first option it also prevents accidental pickup of some structures. I'm sure you've come across a few structures in other mods where the default interaction is "E to Pickup" and it's easy to mess up and pick it up when you didn't want to. By having a dummy "Menu" entry first, it prevents that.

@Max, yes we save every hour, however after the update the map had trouble starting then when we did get in, our building were missing important pieces

@Ubearty: All our buildings on the server are of various tiers built from this mod, nothing lost.

When that happens it typically means the server didn't update the mod properly, do a complete uninstall & reinstall of the mod and load a save game from before the update. Backups are not to be taken lightly for situations like this although we have only had once such incident on dozens of servers over the last 5 years.

The TekGeneratorFuelUseIntervalInSeconds as per ini thread is set to 86400 by default, I assume this is meant for each unit of element consumed so a shard is 864 seconds of run time, is that correct?

@RocTheRed The Core mod only has steep and shallow roofs for the metal tier currently. They take a long time to make so that's why I haven't done every tier yet.

@Dayneh You're getting the mods confused I think. There are no steep/shallow thatch roof parts in either mod as of right now (but in another hour or so the Atlas mod is getting them). There are also no steep/shallow roof parts for wood or stone in Core, currently. Only Atlas.

I am planning to take a break from modding soon to gather energy for Ark Remastered (and I need to focus on real life stuff too). So additional steep/shallow roof stuff, as well as new parts in general, will be on hold after tonight's update.

Even after unsubbing, deleting the ASC mod folder, deleting the download cache, resubbing and reinstalling, and still don't see the steep or shallow roof pieces.
