To everyone struggling: Disabling the "Fargo's Best of Both Worlds" fixes the crash on startup.

the newest ``update`` crash the game. seem to be a blank update.

Running into an issue where its looking for 1.0.0 of best of both worlds. Currently it appears that 0.5.3 is the highest available, unless you're hosting another version not on steam

Quite literally one of the worst experiences I've ever had with Terraria modding. Sure, the accessories and NPCs are cool, but the bosses are HORRID, abysmal dog shit even. Just because you name your difficulty "Masochist CBT Femur Crusher Hell Mode" doesn't mean every single damn projectile should hit you for 40% of your health with little to no I-frames and a debuff that just strips you naked of your armor, it's just terrible design in general. For the love of god, please never make a difficulty mod again.

The True Mutant head armor effect is uncomfortable because it covers the clothes in the vanity slot. Please fix it so that it can be turned off or fixed so that the effect is not visible when there is clothes in the vanity slot sorry i don't speak English so i uesed translator.

all these people on here crashing out over this mod pack. its supposed to be hard to play you need to learn and remember the attack patterns its supposed to be a bit unbalanced. its like its like a souls game where you die repeatedly to figure out how to avoid attacks

@ApostolosV the Fargo's Souls DLC mod is currently adding compatibility with Calamity but doesn't add Thorium (I think there were plans to)

Honestly an interesting mod, but the early game is just obnoxious with all of the changes. Tried playing for a few days and just couldn't enjoy myself, so I had to drop it. The number of times I died to utter insanity wasn't really doing it for me.
