yes you can give bavaria all the states with the console command.

But Bavaria wont have an army, a focustree, events, national spirits or even the oppertunity to change its government and make wars.

And thats why you should defenantly play this mod. its free :secretweapon_hoi:

You guys do know Bavaria is already in the game, right? It can be spawned in the cheat menu under BAY.

it does. there are national spirits that are shown with an icon and there are sprits that just give an effect. they are practilly the same tho.
I use mostly the ones that only give an effect.
