The mouth piece clips with spys mouth a bit too much. It's a bit too big. I'm not really sure what you could do because if it was made smaller it'd look off. Decent cosmetic though. Kinda pushing it for spys character but eh.

Maybe Pyro would've made sense for snorkel hats and stuff since he's in the water the most (ironically enough).

You should show off how it moves with facial flexes! I think that's a pretty rad part of this cosmetic.
