if you're talking about adding BBA portraits, I already have, if you're talking about for the latest patch, it should still work fine

you can deactivate dlcs in the launcher in the launcher part so you can see if it works

The generic generals are included, but if they work im not sure, I have the DLCs so I can't properly test. They should work tho

I have no idea, I don't know how they've done their portraits, but probably not millennium dawn and no idea about iron curtain
