Thank you for your interest in this mod. I reckon that I can make the English translation within a month.
It can be going to be in kinda weird English since I'm a Japanese who's never been abroad, and not accustomed to HoI4 terms in English. I would need someone's help and some more time to make it perfect.
Anyway, you'll be able to play this mod in an understandable language within a month.
