update pls
jokerace45 Aug 13, 2024 @ 4:12pm
I have all the SE DLC packs and they are active in game. Pasting this ship in world says that this world doesn't contain all the mods so they will be missing. It looks like you accidentally used some unknown mods when making this. Please find out what they are so I know what is missing.
LionHeart Jun 7, 2024 @ 10:00pm
is it atmo ready and survival ready
Ultimate Spice Apr 16, 2023 @ 3:51pm
It says it requires only one DLC in the Steam Workshop but it says it requires all the DLC ingame, why is that.
Shockjockey Mar 23, 2023 @ 8:35pm
I would suggest doing a different version of the ship with the hangar on the 2 sides, all the way through, instead of the top one as you have.
Рыба Feb 24, 2023 @ 11:56pm
Это... не Венатор. Это какой то другой корабль из другой вселенной, но точно не Венатор из ЗВ
SpongyTheMan Aug 28, 2022 @ 5:20am
is it just me or the door wont open as theres no power to the ship?
Caaasperge Aug 7, 2022 @ 10:35am
cool
Nethrex May 24, 2022 @ 2:08pm
Not your fault, I wish they'd just take it into consideration for the game design, that it would be cool to dock ships inside like that and therefore make them bigger.
Just like having connectors you can walk through would be nice. (in vanilla)
Model Guy May 24, 2022 @ 3:48am
I have to agree with Nethrex. I love these ships, they are super cool and I love the design but the ergonomics dont allow for the ships to fit within. Still need to try with the ISD but it looks like it has more room
Crisp18  [author] May 23, 2022 @ 4:45pm
I'm glad you like em! Yea they can , any ship that's pictured here I was able to squeeze in and out one way or another. The hangar doors and space are definitely a bit tight and they're my biggest beef with this build personally as well and they are for a lot of other folks too. I've been thinking about doing a larger space only version of the Venator that has better hangars and carrier abilities and you might have just convinced me.
Nethrex May 23, 2022 @ 4:33pm
Amazing ships! Been checking out a few, however I am wondering. With the limitations to the size of hangar doors, can ships really go in and out? I managed to squeeze in an x-wing but it's a tight fit haha
Crisp18  [author] May 16, 2022 @ 8:09am
Thanks dude!
Model Guy May 16, 2022 @ 4:16am
been going through the collection, these are all super cool. I like your style of it
Crisp18  [author] May 1, 2022 @ 9:51am
Some other people also had the same exact situation occur with some of my other builds. In the end though we just decided it was an unnecessary warning and we couldn't really understand why it was sent. In other words, you should be good to go , just ignore it. Glad to hear you like the ship!
SharkMan™ May 1, 2022 @ 3:15am
Oh and by the way, real nice concept I look forward to be using your ships in my survival word with friends!
SharkMan™ May 1, 2022 @ 3:11am
is it just me or when i spawn certain blocks are said to be DLC even though I have the heavy industry DLC?
Crisp18  [author] Apr 29, 2022 @ 11:14am
Sounds pretty neat to me, good luck
Six Apr 29, 2022 @ 10:31am
I wish you luck. When I get back to space engineers, my personal project/challenge is building an in-atmosphere boarding 'torpedo'/'ram'. Because rapid deceleration while under-fire before and after tethering to an enemy vessel (while the turrets still blow the ship to pieces after tethering).... just doesn't work well. But if the ram punches in and sticks into the vessel like a buried sliver.... then its less exposed ( interior turrets only threat left).

And trying to make it economic for survival (but thats a soft/desired criteria), the hard requirement is that the pilot survives the impact and able to disembark. Last time, it was too heavy, so I was in the process of stripping the armor blocks off of it.
Crisp18  [author] Apr 29, 2022 @ 10:24am
Yea when I get around to building the Vulture droid it could go a few different ways. it'll probably be up sized a bit to fit more engines and make it all atmospheres capable or it will be a space only fighter that's much smaller (less likely). I haven't yet decided if it will also have a cockpit or not for a player to fly, Will definitely use a remote control either way though so that its an option.
Six Apr 29, 2022 @ 10:12am
It sucks that its not currently possible to build the 'ideal' vulture droid starfighter (of relatively low size that can also fly in-atmosphere). Sure, remote control reduces the build space compared to alternative, but vanilla thrusters and power requirements.... are insufficient for flight.... A shame, as its a very compact and more economical design. Fighter defense on a budget, that allows for remote combat...
Six Apr 29, 2022 @ 10:08am
Cool
Crisp18  [author] Apr 29, 2022 @ 10:04am
Yep! so far every grid in the collection is a hybrid that functions in all atmospheres and will continue to be in less explicitly stated otherwise.
Six Apr 29, 2022 @ 9:59am
Are both the fighters (nice job, btw), and Venator good for atmosphere?
Crisp18  [author] Apr 29, 2022 @ 8:06am
Nah none attached, I wouldn't want to force people to use my designs. Plus, multiple grids isn't friendly for projectors. Yep
Six Apr 29, 2022 @ 7:25am
Nice hangar, are the ships included and attached (convenience, but less likely)?

Are you able to actually fly the ships out of the hangar without hitting anything (even in atmosphere?)?
Crisp18  [author] Apr 28, 2022 @ 2:45pm
I'm glad you like it! I had a fun building it. Keeping these things functional for survival play is a big part of this collection I'm going for.
TigersFangs Apr 27, 2022 @ 8:42pm
MAD RESPECT! I have thought of doing something like this, but you not only pulled it off but made it functional. This is incredible! Can't wait to build one...or five. Thank you!
Crisp18  [author] Apr 27, 2022 @ 2:14pm
I uploaded two more I took for another build
Crisp18  [author] Apr 27, 2022 @ 2:12pm
? the second to last one is of the hangar and you can see where it is in the 3rd
Six Apr 27, 2022 @ 1:43pm
Please post screenshot of hangars
Crisp18  [author] Apr 27, 2022 @ 12:28pm
That sounds so cool!
Dorimanx Apr 27, 2022 @ 2:30am
Amazing!!! can be really hard NPC Boss! for our players! ahah
Thank you for creating such beauty!
==Lucanmoonshadow== Apr 26, 2022 @ 5:25am
Dude this is AWESOME!

Great lore you have there! :selike:
Crisp18  [author] Apr 25, 2022 @ 4:34pm
I think I'll post a different small gird first for y'all to check out and sort of the test the waters with first
TheRedMafiaPanda Apr 25, 2022 @ 4:04pm
If you design the LAATs and Arcs i could check em out and give it some tests see if i can shape it up abit
Lord Raso Apr 25, 2022 @ 3:37pm
Fantastic! Another great interpretation of a classic!
Crisp18  [author] Apr 25, 2022 @ 1:52pm
Facts and facts
Jonnyhawkeye Apr 25, 2022 @ 1:47pm
Take your time man, that kinda stuff takes practice and Patience
TheRedMafiaPanda Apr 25, 2022 @ 1:47pm
If you designed the hangers and the laats to fit in the ship then it should be fine
Also its due to the fact canonically its called a destroyer but yknow how disney is with lore
Crisp18  [author] Apr 25, 2022 @ 1:44pm
Oh dude me too, I really want to do some matching arc 170s and LAAT gunships to put in this hangar! but I foresee them being extremely difficult so I've kind of been putting them off
Jonnyhawkeye Apr 25, 2022 @ 1:40pm
NOW i can't wait for the ARC-170s
Crisp18  [author] Apr 25, 2022 @ 1:38pm
Yes sir it do be like that sometimes
Jonnyhawkeye Apr 25, 2022 @ 1:37pm
Star Wars be like that sometimes
Crisp18  [author] Apr 25, 2022 @ 1:34pm
Yea I thought it was a bit odd calling it a star destroyer too but thats what the wiki page calls it so I just went with that
TheRedMafiaPanda Apr 25, 2022 @ 1:12pm
My only response is while its called a "star destroyer" its technically a star cruiser but
Jonnyhawkeye Apr 25, 2022 @ 12:23pm
my only response to this IS YES!
Jonnyhawkeye Apr 25, 2022 @ 12:23pm
YES!
Federation Cosmic-Bolt Apr 24, 2022 @ 10:03pm
well i mean the Antenna Array's in Star Wars were kinda blocky looking compared to other shows, i mean Star Trek on ships is a Dish, in Stargate they are kinda still like the Battleship Antenna's, so i'd believe that the twin towers hold two powerful Antenna's and possibly are also Shield Generators
Crisp18  [author] Apr 24, 2022 @ 9:57pm
Yea I really wanted them to be the bridges, but they were just kinda too small and narrow, so I made them out to be more like communication arrays instead. Probably not, they are a little too big I think, hmm while they would have to be downsized a lot, they could make for a sort of interesting dreadnought build.
