Even if the mod says it is for a different version of the game, it will work no problem, it is because Paradox keeps releasing this micro-patches for the game that alter the version so I have to update the descriptor file of the mod.

@Miko You have to oppose Hitler, bring back the German Empire, make sure the Hindenburg survives (either by RNG or by enacting the air safety regulations decision).

The Dutch have to block Wilhelm II's return to Germany (simply make sure you have a smaller army than the Dutch, or simply disband your army for 100% certainty)

Then you have to complete the focus "Alliance in the shade", join the allies, and the subsequent decisions reinstating Wilhelm's right of succession, modernize the succession laws and request restoration of titles from the British. An event will fire up about the Grand Ceremony, you should send Victoria by herself alone as a liaison to the help prepare the ceremony. Then you're set, the Hindenburg crashes, killing the entire royal family, leaving Victoria as the sole Kaiserin.
