please sir is there an easy way to disable the visual progress bar? I would rather not see it.

@kyzy_4399 you can modify the stats of the cloche using the Def files. open the mods tab on main meny -> go to my mod -> click advanced -> open folder -> go to Defs -> open cloche.xml -> find the cloche and tune the base power among whatever else you want.

This mod is very interesting for me... because I can twist the grow time and amount of the hydroponic. but somehow, the exaggerated power cost is very embarrassing for me.
Maybe because the Artificial ecosystem from the VFE-farming Mod is overwhelming powerful. (same 2x2 cells, 200W power usage & 350% grow rate) I think if you can add a mod setting page that let player adjust the power cost will be super useful! Otherwise, I may have to leave it alone for now...
Also I notice that this Hydroponic machine could not support with corn and hay, I am not so sure if this is a problem issue or not.

There a lot error mention about this mod in log during world gen and even during gameplay. I hope that harmless

Temperature perhaps, but it's not always easy to meet the skill requirements... They're best used for harder to grow plants that provide resources, or if you want to avoid blight.

A bug is a bug.
Meeting temperature needs is easy, and the cloche uses *more* power than a comparable hydroponic.

Well, technically it isn't weaker than vanilla hydroponics as it meets its own light needs and temperature of anything its growing... It can also grow things that none of your farmers have the skill to plant.

Also there's a bug, which allows you to produce ridiculous amounts or at incredible speed with hardly any power requirements.

Specifically, 1.516 times weaker.

Your compile settings are wrong, the mod folder has vanilla DLLs inside it.

I love this mod specially for my solo playthoughs on a ice sheet, makes it where my single researcher can do minimal effort to stay alive, this a long with the fish trap mod xD

When I play with the settings and hit apply.... save then reload the save... the settings are back to default. Each and every time. Is this a bug?

There could be an option to eliminate that power limit that they place on it, because I can produce more than that amount of electricity

This is awesome mod, but i've noticed it spams to the log "Set power to N" (each second). Is it normal?

I know it's a minor issue that likely won't come up almost ever, but if you have this without having any plants that can be grown (say research reinvented with no research start... and somehow get this early) when you try to open the menu to change the plant nothing happens other than an error in the message log. If it's a quick fix it may be a good idea to add a warning message appear (like those temporary messages in the top left) that just tells you that you have no plants known that you can put in the cloche.

is there a way to set this up to automatically disable itself when you have over a certain amount of like wood or food or devilstrand. and to re enable it when its under that amount?

Runzu, i've added the ability for you to remove the powerlimit in the def file now, so if you want to crank it up to extreme you can do it now.

The tune button just shows a empty menu nothing in the logs either (clicked upgrade gizmo)

Hello, I was wondering if it would be feasible to set the maximum power draw beyond 2500W? It always hits me with above power limit when I have plenty of power to use. I know it could be seen as OP, but sometimes I'm impatient. LOL If I have the energy to spare, I'd definitely use a few of these to quick grow crops.

In the cloche def xml I had to add <minifiedDef>MinifiedThing</minifiedDef> to <ThingDef> so the mod didn't throw a fit with Minify Everything. So if anyone comes here from that red error using both mods they now know how to fix it.

Jie, i've recently added the ability to tune cloches at the expense of power draw. If experince an error, please go into the "Discussion" tab and post your error log.

If you have trouble updating to v 1.0.3 via steam you can use the raw mod file here

You're right buddy, steam didn't update it to v1.0.3 automatically, mine is still v1.0.1. That might be the problem. The thing is, how do i update this manually...?

Nico - I just tested it with VGP plants and it works fine, its an old bug that has been fixed. Make sure that the mod is updated to v 1.0.3. Steam workshop sometimes acts weird and doesn't update mods properly

After save/load the crop I chose to produce with the garden cloche is reset.. is this a bug or incompatibility of other mods? may VGP garden plants??

They grow 24/7, so their growth rate is double that of normal since they work day/night. that comes out to a speed just below a hydroponic.
They are completely automatic and do not need any interference.

Do these grow 247, or do they just simply have the ability to be grown at any time of the day without light? And are these still affected by heat or do they self regulate? Also, why is there a wood cost?

Does it reset to rice for anyone else when they load a save? I noticed last night and again today after setting it to different plants and reloading the save later that it showed it as rice with a full timer again.

It feels a little too powerful for this mod. Its power consumption is very low and the cost is much lower than vanilla hydroponics.Please balance this mod in

It spawns your desired crop automatically based on the crops growing period. Should work with all modded crops that grows in a hydroponic.
