this would work great with the old pre-jungle inferno panic attack stats. Like you load all six shots then fire them really fast with bad accuracy

well it could reference this movie called "The Deer Hunter" and a lethal chance game, Origins was manufactured in russia during the Russian Empire. but for heavy it is a modified version of Nagat M1895 Revolver turned into a shotgun???!

Maybe it could be like the Revolver, but for Heavy.
Good damage depending on the range, but at the cost of there being one bullet per shot so you have to be accurate with this weapon.

maby have it a high damage 6 clip size secondary like 45 damage not shotgun just a single shot and give it a 10 percent chance to missfire and bring u down to 1 health by default no matter how much hp u got

The taunt could be a taunt kill of him spinning it in his hand, spinning the barrel, and shooting, but it hits the enemy's head.
