You can choose to keep it default, which only allows the player's choices to start a nuclear war but not the AI. Or you can choose to allow the AI choices to start one and really ruin your save.
Lastly, *you can change the rule to disable Nuclear War from concurring, no matter your choices.
How is this mod different, when I believe that rule was added into base TNO before this submod was uploaded to Steam? In fact for a long time now, and before that I used a submod that simply added the rule to the game *again* after the devs took it out.
Sorry, I'm only confused as to the purpose because this mod seems like a redundancy, and many are adding it.
