You need to undock them from command; if you're playing solo you basically need to switch between 2 crewmembers, one in the Barracuda and one in command.

Was trying out the hangar to undock the barracudas but it wasn't letting me for some reason. Is there a specific process for detaching them?

There are places where the passage is bugged for both players and bots, especially in access part 1, and there could be 1 barracuda II and 1 triton.

Bro made a whole mobile city. But unlike other massive subs, this and like 2 other subs this size, all have interiors where every room has some kind of purpose and there is no stale empty rooms. Sorry for my grammar.

Do you mean the airlock? Only the captain can cycle it from command. Basically you need 2 people. If you're playing solo you can switch character from the captain to whoever is leaving.

I feel dumb but I cannot figure out how to get past the second door near the access 1 point, there a particular switch I need to flip?

I believe the mineral scanner is a ship upgrade. As for a weaponized drone, that's a negative, sorry. The current version is final outside of potential fixes if some issue pops up.

Not sure if this is a common issue, but for some reason there's an alarm constantly going off in command with no way to turn it off or text display that could signal what it might be? It's the alarm right above the entrance/exit to the command area.

Perhaps it's not quite the same, but what you CAN do is turn on alarm sirens all over the sub from command. It's been proven that leaving it on for an entire mission can improve team efficiency by at least 21.43%. Crew members love it!

@꧁ღⳆ⧹EvelithⳆ⧹ღ꧂ Turns out there was a waypoint mistakenly classified as ladder, so bots would try to access the ladder from there and get stuck. It's fixed, thanks for the heads up!

Normally you can't, you need the captain to undock it from command. Otherwise you can do some rewiring magic and unlock the docking port.

I might have a small solution for one of the bot problems. Sadly only one right now. Upper right corner of the sub is a Railgun and some other weapons. Below it is an Armory that mostly stores shells for the Railgun. At that place, the floor where those racks stand on, bots love to fall through it and get stuck there! How about making that solid and instead adding a few blocks that allow water to pass through? Just a thought. Have a good night :hearts:

Woop, good catch with the gun, apparently it was just the "lite" version not working, fixed it. Can't say much about bots, it feels like no matter what I do they will always find somewhere to get stuck in.

Hi there, great sub! Bots love to get stuck thou. It also appears one of the two big gun hard points is not working. The ammo holder won't take any ammo... Is there any way to fix that?

I hope Barotrauma gets to the point where it's optimized enough to run servers with subs/stations of this magnitude and up to 30 players with minimal lag. This thing is beautiful. Imagine running an anarchy server with this beast.

man i thought my Levaiathan is more of swimming outpost than a ship but this thing dwarfs it, th ostill having lower item count than my ship, but i blame it on all the cable work i put into it (tho all other counter are way lower)

Unfortunately, as much as I've tried laying down the pathing to the best of my abilities, the AI just can't handle huge subs with huge crews. I've tested a bit with just a couple of bots, they will go and repair breaches and broken items where needed, as expected, but the moment you get multiple issues all over the sub they kind of don't know what to do and move from one end to another to repair a tiny piece of wall each time.
In my experience, they CAN work, they're just extremely slow and inefficient due to the fact that they can't seem to be able to split their workloads and recognize the closest problems to fix.

yea the AI literally cannot navigate. Spawn them where you want them, and then NEVER give them a command to move anywhere else...
OH WAIT maintenance! AKA the reason your mechanics/engineers/assistants NEED good pathing!
So yea, all my repairmen got stuck on ladders/random rooms/doorways, my gunners couldn't get to their guns, and my medics couldn't find a way to the medical supplies... Death ensued.
Now if only I had friends to RP this behemoth of a "ship"(mobile command centre indeed)
Then the pathing issue would be moot and we'd even be able to do stuff like drag injured crew to medbay and so on because this ship is actually big enough to do that and not just walk 2 doors down to find some cramped medical hall, coordinating launches of away teams, All that good stuff!

@🌸𝓢𝓪𝔂𝓸𝓾𝓻𝓲 if you mean whether or not the sub will have any of the new guns, the answer is that it's going to keep its railguns - I did change the top hardpoint to a large one, so you can place a flak cannon or double coilgun there. Otherwise, you'll have to specify what you mean. ^^

@RenartTheFox the hangar docking hatches are wired to the command room: you basically need someone (usually the captain) to undock the shuttle for you (and then do the same for docking).

@Sayouri in Black That should just be the alarm going off whenever the entrance door is open. There's a lever immediately on the left of the navigation terminal that allows you to lock the door (or at least you can double-tap it to close it and then unlock it).

@Vivy Hey, thanks for the catch! This is what happens when you don't keep tabs of the billion wifi channels on the subs, I guess...

Unless I screwed something else up, it should be fixed now. If you want to try and fix it ingame, the issue lies in the wifi components of the turret and the shuttle hatches having the same channel, so you can try and change them manually (the hatches' wifi components are hidden inside the walls, so I'm not entirely sure that's doable, but maybe you can cut through the wall?).

For the record, the whole ship channels should be within the 6000-7000 range, so you can do like I did and set the hatches to 8000 and 8100 (remember to match the components connected to the switches in command!).

Found small bag: there is additional place for upper weapon, if I fill the place with something (tested with pulse laser) and second (right) shuttle is in the dock, the weapon started to firing all of his ammo by itself. Cannot stop it even then it is controlled by me.

@Sayouri in Black it's because you can only dock/undock from command. If the respective hangar lever is off, it will keep detaching anything trying to dock until it's set back on (at which point it will automatically dock with whatever comes close).

@Philledus Hunter It has turret hardpoints to buy and full pathing, bots do their job but I think you are limited to up to 16 of them at a time and they are kinda bad at spreading out and dealing with multiple issues. That said, if your PC can handle the lag it should work fine.
