Tiles being replacable by ladders and ladders by tiles would really speed up planning.

Eg at the moment, if I want to replace a tile with a ladder, I have to decon the tile first, before I can give the ladder build command. That is annoying almost beyond words. The other way around it is the same.

It'd be great if you could replace a building with the same building made of different materials, like replacing a copper aquatuner with a steel one.

Power joint plates made from refined metals and joint plates made from unrefined metals
Radbolt joint plate (I don't have it in game though)

Been enyoing the mod a lot so far.
Another sugestion: ability to replace wire bridges with conductive wire bridges. Also, if possible, replacing the vanilla heavy-watt & conductive wire bridges with the ones from the mod "Insulated Joint Plate" and the vanilla Manual Airlock and Mechanized Door with their counterparts from the mod "Insulated Door".

Sugestion: The green mosaic tiles present in POI areas, teleporters, etc.

In spaced out, there is a rad bridge of some sort that acts just like the wire bridges, but for the radiation projectiles.
