Farm tiles, POI mosaic tile and Wire Refined Bridges can be replaced or replace each others now.

You can give suggests of other buildings to replace.

Adding on to the suggestion below, could you also make Heavi-Watt Joint Plates be able to replace themselves when using a different material?
