its been broken for a long time

Having an issue, cannot design self-propelled howitzers or tank destroyers. Did I overlook something or is the mod broken atm?

It is not like modding HoI4 is that difficult. It is 99% text and image files. Anybody asking for an update are just to lazy to learn how to do it themselves.

The people who are still asking for updates and posting bugs in this comment section apparently cannot read the blue text. Work is discontinued. If you find a problem and are good at modding the game, try making your own mod using this as a base. Good Day.

There is a bug (at least with R56, while using the r56 patch) where you cant see or change the tank type...no options whatsoever , the list doesnt expand on the designer

Do you know how to remove engine and armor upgrade buttons located at below? I want to remove them and add more module slot instead. I could remove those two buttons by edit tank_designer_view file in interface, but not add more module slots there.

I would start by doing 2 comparisons. The first by comparing the vanilla files this mod includes between what is in the mod and those in HOI4 1.11, and the second comparing those files between HOI4 1.11 and 1.12. To see what this mod changes and how paradox might have changed those in the update.

Good news for you because there is no C# or XML involved. All you need is an understanding of txt and image files.

@licarious fenrir I don't know enough C# or XML to find the problem, but believe me, if i knew what was causing the problem, i would absolutely try to fix it

Do you not realize that all the code is download the mod when you subscribe to the mod?
Grimbucket has already given the go ahead for others to use the stuff in the mod in the first line of the description.
Now chasemccain604 when will you be releasing an updated version of this for the changes in 1.12?
Or is everybody who comes here asking for an update to lazy to develop one themselves?

Should upload the mod files so that other modders can continue to develop the mod. I think this is a really good mod, and would love to see work on it continued.
