I don't yet have plans to convert everything in the game, seeing how not everything has a minecraft analogue. In the future I might figure something out for the more common objects.

Wolves that show up more often in wrecks then stations and can be tamed from bones
Skeleton & Zombies that can spawn anywhere.
Creeper fish that spawn under water including wrecks
Creepers that spawn in wrecks requiring to breath
and for missions to do with stations
Endermen nest - An abandoned station that has been overrun with Endermen
