How is the forbidden set supposed to be used?

@Mr Jonsson Yes, there is a option on the config to allow more than one item to stack, if they can stack (many vanilla accessories only toggle a effect on or off, so those won't stack). It's called "Only one of Each Accessory/Armor", and is on by default. turn it off for the desired outcome

OK, I think I solved the problem with certain accessories not working. The problem was due to the way tmodloader divided the update Equip functions, as some items such as boots and the minion increasing accessories NEED to pass through the armor update, not the accessory update, which every other accessory uses. If anything fails now, let me know so I can search the code for the new functionalities.

Yah this mod is also inconsistent about what does work and doesn't work with the enablers in general, even the Forbidden One Enabler.

Well that went faster than I anticipated - I was able to replicate my previously mentioned behavior with only this mod, DragonLens, Foldering and Concise Mod List installed. The latter two mods do not have any impact in-game so I don't believe they are affecting this, and I did not have DragonLens enabled when I originally witnessed this behavior.

This mod is still technically functional, however there are definitely inconsistencies which impact its functionality. I'm uncertain if it is related to other mods installed (I first noticed issues when using alongside Calamity and Fargo's, for example), however the issue seems to be that certain accessories just don't work in vanity slots (and potentially in inventory), although I cannot see a consistent pattern to it. When I noticed this, I realized that the Pygmy Necklace wasn't working in vanity slots, despite having the vanity enabler, however the Voltaic Jelly from Calamity was working in vanity slots. Both of these accessories function almost identically (both add +1 minion slot), so the issue doesn't seem to be the mod that the accessory is from.
I will see if I can replicate the issue with only this mod installed, or otherwise try to pin-point any potential conflicts with this mod and others in my list.

For those looking for an alternative, I recommend using https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2853663330&searchtext=tcheats Tcheats, as on the third tab of the Tcheats window, there is a little "accessories" section that lets you click on or off certain accessories you want to have equipped and their functionality. It's more cheaty, but can work as a good substitute for a more balanced play through if you restrain yourself :).

Came here after watching Necr0, he was playing with it from the start of the game. But this is not possible? How can i make that possible? The accessory enabler is locked into much later in the game.

Somehow, the total inventory accessory enabler does not allow you to equip a piggy bank enabler.

The description of the Total Inventory Accessory Enabler says that it "Will use piggy bank if that enabler is present", however the moment I have the piggy bank enabler, and equip it in the accessory slot or let it stay in my inventory, it doesn't work.

Is it me or it does not really allow it?

Not all accessories work in the chest. Has anyone dealt with this? Did you manage to solve this problem?

Alternate idea, can we have a hot key that can just scan every armor set bonus available once, instead of just what's equipped, or constantly occuring?

The forbidden one items are cool, since it cuts down on needing to worry about what to equip. I like that the ability to "try on all armors" is in a toggle. However, for the manual list of armors for it to check for (when pressing the armor set hotkey), is there a way it can remember what you set there? Manually setting it every time I log back into my world is a pain, but having the "try all armors" on causes immense lag. There is only a small handful of armor set bonuses I actually care about, so I can do it manually, but I was just wondering if there is a way to have it remember so I don't have to set it every time.

What does "Left Arm Of The Forbidden One" mean?

Bit of an update to my original comment. Many vanity items did work properly, however there were some accessories who's abilities would only work in the original accessory slots. Primarily accessories that increase summon count or sentry count. This was the same with the inventory row enablers

ok, released a tentative fix for the vanity accessories. Something changed that prevents the code from running the update function directly for an item (replaced in TMod with a new function), so now the mod runs two different update functions, one for Modded accessories, and one for vanilla ones. The vanilla one may still not work on some accessories (couldn't test all of them), and the modded one should only work for correctly implemented modded accessories (that use UpdateAccessory and UpdateEquips).

why cant you equip multiple chest accessory enablers anymore? Can you make it an option to enable that and them working with the inventory enabler like it used to?
