Unless that doesn't work.
5: Go to the file, edit the descriptor file and paste "TNO: Custom Country Paths" under dependencies.
6: Go back to the mod file, there should be a file called whatever you put down as the directory, add to that
dependencies={
"The New Order: Last Days of Europe"
"TNO: Custom Country Paths"
}
after tags part.
7: Now you should have a version of the mod in your mod list in the launcher which lacks the picture. Use that, and it should work.
Hope this helps!
1: Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\394360\2699224963 in your files.
2 copy everything.
3: Start the game, in launcher go to all mods, upload a mod and create a mod. Give that mod the same name as GUI rework mod, in the directory part put something that you will remember.
4: Go to C:\Users\*Your username*\OneDrive\files\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV\mod, and there should be a file with the same name as the rework mod. Paste everything you copied previously there.
