I had to do the same fix for "# buildings_simple_allow = yes" to also enable embassies, fortresses and military academies. OUCH!!!

I had to comment out:

as winter advised in both patch mods to get the upgrade for the galactic stock exchange.

For anyone who is struggling with unbuildable Holo-Theatre, here is temporary solution:

Open file "07_amenity_buildings.txt" in the 2 following Stellaris workshop locations (281990):

2613612033
2676382344

Find and comment out (put # at the beginning of each line) the following text:
(For me, line 755)

Should work until the problem is fixed.

I have not fully tested this solution with an entire playthrough but as of right now (about 3 hours in), it seems to be working.

Hope this helps. I am still working on the other unbuildables. I suspect the solution will be similar.

Add building_order_keep and building_order_castle to the list. I started a new game as Toxic Knights, and they were missing.

Making a new file that doesn't get overwritten by 02_government_buildings.txt, and loaded after this mod, temporarily fixed the problem.

Hello, I went through the buildings after the latest update, it looks like all the building chains work except for the entertainment/maintenance building chains. The holo theatre(and equivalent buildings in machine and hive minds) is just greyed out and can't be built, but if I load an old save, existing holo theatres can still be upgraded through their full upgrade chain. Hope this info helps! Thank you for all your great work, it makes the game much better

When using the mod "Irony Mod Manager", it is best to evaluate the contents while checking manually and perform conflict avoidance processing.
If it is automatic, the A part should be deleted in order to process B instead of A, but there is a possibility that A and B will exist at the same time.

As a general-purpose conflict avoidance method that I often do, I blank out the file of A that conflicts with B and overwrite it.
I am expanding the source code that incorporates A and B in a file with another name.

Mod『Irony Mod Manager』を使用する際は、
手動で確認しながら内容を査定して、競合回避処理をするのが一番問題がないです。
自動だとAの代わりにBの処理をするために
A部分は削除しているのが本来の流れのはずが、
AとBが同時に存在してしまう可能性もあるので・・・。

自分がよくやる汎用競合回避手法としては、
Bと競合するAのファイルを空白にして上書き。
別名のファイルでAとBを組み込んだソースコードを展開したりしています。

Mod『Warship Girls R Species』との互換維持のための処理部分で、
不具合を起こしていたようです。

It seems that there was a problem in the processing part for maintaining compatibility with the mod "Warship Girls R Species".

i had the same issue with avb override and found out its a compatibility issue with ethics and civics classic 3.4. i dont know if thats what others are getting though

Are you using other mods that rewrite the settings of the capital building?
It's basically due to conflicts with other mods.
I have confirmed that I can upgrade the capital building to the end in my environment.
Have you tried using the mod "Additional Vanilla Buildings 3.4.5 Patch --Supports other Mods" with the above load order settings?
By using the planetary decision, you should be able to switch the setting of the building ...
(While Override is enabled, it will also be displayed in Planet Correction)

首都建造物の設定を書き換える他Modを使用していませんか?
基本的に他のModとの競合が原因です。
自分の環境下では最後まで首都建造物をアップグレード出来るのを確認しています。
またMod『Additional Vanilla Buildings 3.4.5 Patch - Supports other Mods』を使用して、
上記のロード順設定で試してみましたか?
惑星ディシジョンを使用することにより、
建造物の設定を切り替えることが出来るはずなんですが・・・。
(オーバライド有効中は惑星補正にも表示される)

3.4.3のソースコードレベルで変更内容の把握は、

ざっとファイル確認をしましたが、
建造物キー名はオリジナルのままなのでオリジナル版と同じく使用できると思います。

I briefly checked the file, but since the building key name is the same as the original, I think that it can be used in the same way as the original version.

It's the mod "Production Revolution", right?
I checked the source code, but it seems that it affects the upgrade decision of the capital building because it has changed the POP control related to vanilla.
Also, since 3.3 is not supported and the building settings are old, problems will occur with 3.3.4.
Even though it changed from influence to integration, it remains influential ...

Personally, we recommend that you stop using it until it becomes compatible with 3.3.4.
Also, it seems that there are various parts that conflict with this mod, so we do not recommend using it together.

Mod『Production Revolution』のことですよね?
ソースコードを確認してみましたが、バニラのPOP制御関連を変更しているため、
首都建造物のアップグレード判定に影響があるようですね。
また、3.3未対応のため建造物設定が古いので3.3.4とは不具合が発生します。
影響力から統合力に変わったのに影響力のままとか・・・。

個人的には3.3.4対応化するまでは、使用を中止することをオススメします。
また当Modと競合する部分が色々とありそうなので併用はオススメしません。

For my condition if you load PR with this mod and PD:planet habitat,then it come out that you can't upgrade capital building on planet habitat which PD added,for the further habitat upgrade need capital building upgraded,you can only take the first upgrade of the habitat.Seems PR make it happen because when I unloaded PR the capital upgrade work again.

建造物のアップグレード部分は汎用性があるので、
首都建造物トリガーが書き換えられてなければ互換性はあると思います。
(首都建造物がAVB建造物にアップグレードできるならば)

The upgrade part of the building is versatile, so I think it will be compatible if the capital building trigger is not rewritten.
(If the capital building can be upgraded to an AVB building)
