No More Unstable Fuel Nodes

In my opinion. the Unstable Fuel Nodes should be able to be uninstalled, so you have to "defuse the bomb" before they detonate.

Unofficial 1.5 update at https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3233745870 . Should also work for 1.3 and 1.4 but I haven't tested it.

Would there still be a chance of seeing this updated for 1.4 after the upcoming 1.5 becomes the dominant version?

a defense mechanism that sets your house on fire. didnt rimworld try to be believable, once?-.-
also makes sense from the gameplay perspective. deconstruct door and extinguish(cause opening it wont suffice..) or wait outside and see your loot melt. and every. room. is carpet floored. cmooooon xD

It only works sometimes, for the 1.4 quests for relics quests, it can break by not working

For those of you wanting a 1.4 update, it doesn't need one. It seems to work for me just fine.

Great. I've always hated these things. They don't add anything to the experience, they just make it more tedious, and the only viable ways to deal with them are to cheese it like you mentioned. Just Tynan things, I guess.

I'm with ya on that. In theory, they're not too bad, just not a ton of fun on their own. In practice, I find one in every other room, and there isn't any other kind of defenses. I encountered some insectoids, like, twice out of a couple dozen complexes, and there was still a bunch of fuel nodes! Come to think of it, I can't remember ever seeing a stable fuel node.

Nice, maybe we can discover or use ancient complexes now without them just becoming a fireball.

Pretty cool. I'm sure, they supposed to extend our raid into structure and make it more challenging. But soooo damn annoying when there is a one node in each damn room, so u have to wait till fires go off or to extinguish them by urself. Worthless waste of time. But now i have a vaccine to this issue. Thanks : D

See, I weaponize the fire, leaving an open path through the nodes to the room I set up in for the incoming raiders to die in/from
