This mod is 2 years old now, so I am sure it has changed since then. I no longer play SE , which is why I didn't notice. I will gladly redirect to yours if you do decide to update it.
I will also Add to the description that this version is old and outdated.

It appears you have copied the entirety of the CubeBlocks_Production and CubeBlocks_IndustrialPack sbc files. This means you are not just overwriting the Refineries as per your intent to make their inventory larger, but also every other block too. This would normally not be an issue... but Keen has made changes to the Assemblers since then, specifically they have added new production tabs and moved some items to them.
What your mod does unintentionally is remove the ability for people to craft things like oxygen/hydrogen bottles.
I count 49 unrelated blocks in the two files that need not be there, please clean up the files so that you are not overwriting unrelated blocks with potentially older versions of themselves.
