It will not let me research solar panels even though I already have electricity researched. It tells me that I am missing something that I need to research but I already it. It is also happening with other research stuff as well.

The mods original author had stated that they had depresion, and so support would be slow or non existant, so unless someone debugs the mod, it will stay bugged, really good mod though!

I really loved this mod, having things separated out was a huge help, but oddly enough I recently encountered a bug where my hud completely disappears, and I can no longer select or command pawns. In case anyone else runs into the same issue I did, removing this mod fixed the issue.

I dislike the fact that the techprints or signal chips are basically bypassed in this mod.

Same issue. I can't research some things because there are two nodes on top of each other. Very unfortunate. Unusable, sorry. Seems there aren't any functioning research tree mods at the moment.

Unfortunately, this mod is causing a lot of overlaps, which makes one of the researches unclickable. I'll have to remove this mod from my game because of it, really really unfortunate.

The mod works great. It's missing some of the advanced features later ones used but frankly that's probably for the best. It works, end of concerns. However, there is one feature it *has* that doesn't work very well at all. When you search for a node it will ... um, kind of bring it into focus? In that it puts it on screen ... somewhere. But you still generally have to do a pretty thorough visual search to find it. Basically the issue is that it doesn't **highlight** the node which would make this feature much more useful.

I don't see any options either. Is there a way to fix this issue. I really would like to continue using this mod rather than ResearchPal. But if this isn't going to show all the research nodes, its kinda unusable.

It seems as though this mod makes the mistake of putting two research nodes in the same place... thus only allowing you to actually research the top one. The other, being buried under it, can't be clicked on.

I love this mod and always use it, but with my last couple mod packs Research Tree breaks. When you scroll 1/2 way down the tree it all goes black, nothing is visible/selectable and the tree cannot be recovered (requires a reload, with the same result, causing me to remove this mod from my pack). I've tried some basic troubleshooting (changing mod order, removing mods I've recently added, etc) but with no luck. Has anyone else experienced this?

The standard research tree, though cluttered, allowed you to access the help for specific items. This...doesn't seem to allow that, unless I've missed something. That would be something to add.

The only thing I see lacking in this mod is the option to include only the core, or specific mod's research

I agree, there are a few modern behaviors this lacks behind ResearchPowl (and since this is the mod chemist is pointing those users to, it's worth bringing up). The most important is reordering techs. Sometimes you have a reason for changing a priority, and re-queuing all your techs is not a great workaround.

Really liking this mod, only improvement I see is the ability to drag what is in the queue and change its order. Or at least prepend a research to the queue

Amazing mod, absolutely a must-have.
Only issue(s) I've found in months of use are that:
Standard Mechtech ignores the 1x Signal Chip requirement
High Mechtech ignores the 1x Powerfocus Chip requirement
Wastepack Atomizer ignores the 1x Nano Structuring Chip requirement

Not a big deal, since if it's easy enough to limit yourself and "study" a chip before starting the research, but it's worth noting.

Doesn't ignore techprints, though. Not sure about mods, haven't found any techs that should require some additional item or techprint and are bugged.

I'm seeing a lot of techs overlap with each other. For example Roads and Compound Bows show up in the same square on the tree and I can't tell what I'm clicking.

Anyone know why I can only queue one thing at a time? Technically I can queue everything, but after one is done I have to undo it all then redo it.

Hey Mechtech can alwazs be researched and doesnt require the specific chip to be studied first.

I love how this one groups the nodes vs ResearchPowl but it's missing an important feature that ResearchPowl has: You can click on the item icons and it will show the item's details windows

for some time i had problem with my rimworld mod list but recently spend few hours trying to pinpoint problem mod, finally found after throwing out and unsubing over 15mods that this awesome mod got broken for whatever reason .. maybe some conflict in my list ;-; .. sad moments

missing the ability to add researches to the start of the queue as well as seeing the information about what you're actually researching. this was possible in previous versions of this mod such as research pal forked and researchpowl.

@Kahned Check out Dubs Mint Menus. It has its own custom Research Tab that allows you to filter by mod.

I may be confusing this mod with another, but couldn't we drag and drop the queued research items into different order with the old mod?

There is a small but annoying bug that flickers the small tooltip when you hover over techs to read what they do.
