Super awesome effect, would love to see this as a Halloween cosmetic! Although I feel it's base style should be team-colored. The bright teal looks a little bit off next to the red.

This doesn't actually use transparency, the faces are inverted. But for transparency in the importer it's in the alpha channel of the diffuse (note: this means you can't paint an item as the paint mask would also be the diffuse alpha channel)
