Its in the Q&A. you use -% training time to make it faster but unless you got debuffed by something the -100% buff will stop you from training. use -80% or if you have a big enough buffs to training time without this mod then use -60% training time instead.

Mod still mostly works, you only need to NOT decrease combat width as that will cause your divisions to vanish in combat

Is there any chance that a functionality could be added to select countries to mass-apply the buff to? I've been using it to make my games tougher without just buffing the AI's divisions(ie buffing their industry and manpower), and while I think this is amazing for that, it does take a very long time.

oil gain cheat doesnt seem to work but everything else does

i actually really like this, it's a lot more organised and not just a million decisions when you open it up, once you figure out how it functions it's a lot more fun to tweak around with

this mod is so tuff it makes my game experience have 300x the adrenaline

interface is very ugly but it's an ok cheat mod.
