- Added 4 oil to Brunei to incentivize both the player and AI to secure the state.
- Changed the effect of the "Negotiate for Sarawak" events to now give the player control of Sarawak if negotiations are successful.
- The Dutch East Indies AI no longer dumps their entire army onto the Lanfang border, now making it more likely for Lanfang to take control of West Kalimantan by the end of the Fourth Kongsi War.
