If you want i can create the provinces for the Borders of the Spanish Empire.
German Kamerun and more like Arabia and Kamchatka.

I use paint to edit provinces.
i have experience editing that.
Adding other mod provinces, etc.

I will continue the mod if someone finds me a program that deletes one pixel provinces.

How about changing province texture to urban when you marking city as 'Large' ( Big circle ). I consider it will make more sense.

Game crashes on start fyi

I didn't, and I don't know what to do.
I would like the map to be as accurate as possible ( Look at latitudes between Argentina and Africa for example ) but there's just so much work to do and each update is gonna destroy everything. For some reasons paradox decide to add very useless regions. I'm a point where i would like to work and improve the map like before but i feel like it's just gonna be a loss of time. I lack of skills tbh to do the things I want to do bc i'm a perfectionist.

Dare I hope that the mod has been updated after more than a year?

I'm sorry guys, I loved this project so much (put >400 hours in it) but the paradox answer just disappointed me. I'm not willing to fix this, it's just a massive waste of time

@Dylan Rocher Currently I am working on one of Your older builds as a base for my Submod to UMC and in the future it may become the base UMC map. Are You okay with that? I plan to expand this mod in a different direction to the one You took ( Expanding cities and resizing/ modifiing the provinces to make the mod more balacned, tweaking Europe and North America).

Imo you wasted a lot of tiles in places where you could have saved a lot. I would give you the suggestion of redoing your tiles by taking maps of administrative divisions of countries into account and the single tiles representing departments, constituencies, subdivisions, Landkreise etc. which then form a state, region, province w/e the name countries use for their administrative division. If I take a look for example at Argentina's departments then I see a lot of tiles in your mod that could be used otherwise

This may have already been asked, but what about making the tiles a little larger so that it stays under the limit?

I just talked to a dev
He told me very few things
Only thing i know is that I can't fix the issue by myself
And the devs will not fix the issue since they dont plan to increase the provinces limit

Very unfortunate. I know it goes against the whole idea of the mod, but maybe slightly decrease the amount provinces in less interesting areas of the world?

@Sev for the ressources, I will. My main issue is USA and Europe, I would love to change them but apparently there's a tile limite at around 21600 tiles and i'm at 21000 so i'm doing Iran and Afghanistan, and if there's a limit i'm gonna try to ration tiles ( making all the desertic area 1tile for example ) so we'll see when i reach the 21600 tiles if the limit is true. I'm gonna add states in Europe and USA for sure, but not micro states, i dont like micro states and doing Israel/Palestine trigerred me a little bit because there's a ton of small states
