Not sure if it was ever mentioned, but I found out that Finnish fur hat F (brown fur, flaps up) uses the wrong sprite (from Finnish fur hat, the white-furred officer side cap).

Can additional trading goods be provided? If one wants to buy food, they have to go to the original faction to do so.

@lexcpa324 In the current plan, items will be split to different crafting stations based off of their country of origin and branch. These items will be unlocked in the main research projects alongside all of the stuffable ones, but only the stuffable crafting stations will be included at the start. To unlock nation-specific crafting stations, you will have to interact with the nation an acquire their designs (techprints).

My goal for this redesign is to create a distinct and robust research tree that allows the player to advance their technology as the war goes on. It also simplifies how many items are visible in a single crafting menu and makes it more realistic as you cannot just have instant access to your enemy's equipment.

Also I would love to add Poland, but frankly, I have bigger priorities at the moment. I do not need to make this project any bigger right now lol

roger that, thank you for replying, if the crafting menu were to be addressed, i reckon some people would still want to make nation specific gear, the option to have either every single thing craftable, the stuffable gear and the weaponry craftable, or only the stuffable gear

Also, the Polish fought valiantly during ww2, reckon they could get a faction or two?

@lexcpa324 This will all be addressed in the upcoming update. The WW2 rustic thing was more of a quick fix than a real feature and will be greatly improved, with unique names for all factions. Crafting menus will always be an issue but I am taking steps to resolve this. All factions will continue to be 100% baseliners.

I was also going to add that the factions shouldnt ONLY be baseliners, but 1: its more realistic, the americans didnt storm the beaches with dirtmoles, hussars, and impids 2: wasnt that big of an issue 3: character limit 4: i can use a mod for that anyways

hey, great mod, it fills a very specific niche that i find interesting, but I have a few complaints
Minor issue: the "ww2 rustic" thing doesn't do anything, and while yes i CAN use empires of old to actually have the french, Japanese, soviets, and Americans to have their actual names, I'm out of luck for the Germans, Finnish, and Italians
Massive issue: the gear for the different factions has a tendency to clutter the crafting menu for the machining table and tailoring bench, if it were up to me, i would say have something that has it so you can make the stuff-able apparel and weaponry, but have the nation specific stuff be LOCKED to having to trade or steal from their specific factions.
Overall, this is a great mod, but its held back by 1 small issue and one MASSIVE issue, but I don't hate the mod at all, we have no other ww2 mods for rimworld, and its very unique history.

@people play ground enjoyer Because setting faction relations in RimWorld sucks and I forgot to create a neutral scenario last time I updated this. You have to select the Allies or Axis scenarios so the mod can setup your allegiance. The opposing side will remain permanently hostile.

@Krazy4Games, I really like the mod and I continue to play it with great enjoyment. Would it be possible to update the Germany flag? I know you can’t make it exactly the same as the original, but at least something like in "COD" and "BF" games would be great. A red background, with a white circle in the center, and an Iron Cross inside the circle. Also, having more factions would be amazing for us. More factions means more weapons and outfits. And most importantly, it means more allies and/or enemies. For example, I personally would love to see Spain in this mod.

hello, I've noticed the different factions have very limited trade menus, only buying their own equipment, and not buying crops, or leathers, is there any plan to change this? or is this by design? thank you :)
